| Description: | The Facility Scheduler II determines daily, weekly and monthly production schedules for the Arcadia, WI location based on analysis of facility capacities and the use of sales forecasts. This position will also set inventory levels and directs communication flow through facility management to assure customer needs are met. |
| Duties: | *Formulates daily, weekly and monthly production schedules. *Determines raw material needs for the facility. *Monitors Work in Progress (WIP) inventories to assure product is available when needed. *Directs communicaiton flow through facility management to assure knowledge and timing of production needs. *Coordinates with Supply Planning team, the company wide scheduling to meet customers orders. *Researches and analyzes the product mix of the facility to recommend process improvements through use of histograms and data collection during production processes. *Maintenance of the scale file system ensuring accuracy. *Assists with the scheduling and production of product samples and new products for the facility. *Member of the facility recall/crisis team, assisting with providing information needed for traceability from raw to finished product. |
| Qualifications: | *Thorough knowledge of facility capabilites. *Ability to work with minimal supervision. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Good organizational skills. *Excellent computer skills (main frame and PC). *Strong analytical and problem solving skills. *Good conflict management skills. *Good math aptitude. *Basic mechanical knowledge. *Good leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. |
