Description:This position is responsible for management of the overall mechanical integrity/reliability program.  The Reliability Manager provides leadership for the plant's reliability programs, including preventative and predictive maintenance.  This position works with maintenance and engineering teams to identify, evaluate, implement and realize reliability improvement opportunities.
Duties:

1.  Provide leadership to a cross-functioned team to establish and maintain an engineering production, quality and maintenance assessment process for identifying improvement opportunities for safe production. 

2.  Establish and improve an effective preventative maintenance program.

3.  Reduce machine downtime and unscheduled maintenance through improved equipment reliability. 

4.  Improve productivity through utilization of tools and knowledge of systems capability.

5.  Manage capital projects for reliability improvements.

6.  Implement reliability best practices and cutting edge technology into the plant to create value.

7.  Lead technical problem solving with plant maintenance. 

8.  Implement and facilitate training programs in support of utilization of reliability programs.

9.  Implement and facilitate training programs.

10. Lead creation of reliability metrics and scorecards for maintenance.

Qualifications:

*  Considerable knowledge of processing operations. *  A bachelor's degree or 7-10 years of experience in a related field is preferred.

*  Reliability experience with Total Predictive Maintenance, Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause analysis preferred.

*  Experience developing and implementing major reliability programs.

*  Strong project management skills and experience. *  Experience in providing guidance to others in troubleshooting and analytical problem solving.

*  Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing experience preferred. 

*  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

*  Ability to drive change. Strong sense of urgency.
