| Description: | The Temporary Project Manager s responsible for oversight of various expansion projects at the Cold Spring Processing Plant. The individual selected will work closely with the Engineer Team, Plant personnel, and Installation Contractors guiding the projects to completion according to established schedules and budgets. |
| Duties: | | 1 | Primary liaison between Project Manager and maintenance manager assisting in layouts, verification of existing and future utilities, weekend supervision of Contractors. | 2 | Responsible for supervising Contractors of multiple projects. | 3 | Plan and attend safety meetings surrounding projects including acting in an enforcement role as needed. | 4 | Coordinate appropriate utilities works, involving relocation of existing utilities and installation of new utilities as needed. |
5 Observe & enforce all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies. | 6 Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams. | 7 Participates in process improvement and problem solving utilizing continuous improvement and rational thinking methodologies such as Six Sigma, and participates in or supports the E$P program |

| Qualifications: | •· Bachelors degree or comparable experience in a related field preferred •· 5 years of previous experience required •· Flexibility with schedule, weekends required •· Excellent oral and written communication skills •· Excellent project management experience •· Excellent organizational and time management skills •· Excellent analytical skills •· Demonstrated ability to effectively work with others to identify and capitalize on opportunities that result in successful implementation of changes for the benefit of the business •· Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCad experience preferred |
