| Description: | The Assistant Lead is responsible for assisting in training employees as well as replacing Process Leaders during vacations or absences. |
| Duties: | Assists in the implementation of the training program in 2nd Processing.Uses judgement to provide instruction and work direction to employees. Monitors and administers employee training, motivating employees to achieve their maximum quality and productivity allowing for sucessful transition to Gold'n Plump Poultry. Measures and documents employee performance providing information to process leads and supervisors regarding progress towards working at standard. Learns all processing areas throughout their department. Assists in the completion and maintenance of department processing and training materials.Demonstrates skills learned through Leadership training courses. |
| Qualifications: | High School or GED required. 2-year college degree preferred. 1 year of GNP experience preferred. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to read and write EnglishAbility to work under minimum supervision. Basic understanding of Excel, Word, and Infinity. Pallet Jack license. |
