| Description: | As a Process Leader, you will be responsible for providing first level supervision and exercising independent judgment to achieve department goals in safety, quality, efficiency and yield. You will also be responsible for investigating areas of quality improvement, cost reduction, method and process improvement. |
| Duties: | This position is part of a career path to higher supervisory positions within our company. Candidates must have previous supervisory experience, preferably in a production environment, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a diverse work environment. Applicants should also be able to analyze and respond to production issues. |
